Alan is an experienced HR and IT professional with extensive experience working in the public and private sectors. 

His expertise spans a wide range of HR and IT disciplines, including classification and compensation, recruitment, workforce development, strategic planning, diversity and inclusion, payroll (time & attendance), and IT Project Management. 

His hands-on experience and strategic insights enable him to drive organizational efficiency and innovation.

In addition to his professional work, Alan is an experienced educator and professor, having taught a Personnel Administration course at North Carolina Central University’s Executive Masters of Public Administration program. 

Alan also holds certifications as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Scrum Master, demonstrating his commitment to effective leadership and agile methodologies.
