Priscilla A. Hale, MSW, is an independent consultant supporting individuals, organizations, and businesses. 

Previously, she was the  Executive Director of allgo, a queer people of color organization based in Austin, Texas, where she worked for 24 years. 

Priscilla has extensive experience in community organizing, health and wellness programming, arts and cultural production, coaching, nonprofit administration, and organizational development. 

She is a passionate advocate for the arts and has a deep love for the ocean.

Priscilla earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas, and her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.
