Growing Together: Supporting Farmers, Farmers Markets, and SNAP Access

We’re delighted to partner with 56 different farmers markets across the state to increase SNAP sales at their markets. Our work with our farmers market partners increases farmers’ revenue and community access to healthy, local food.

An important part of this work is supporting farmers markets that want to begin accepting SNAP. Our Farmers Market Services team has worked with 20 farmers markets who have started accepting SNAP. Scroll through the images below to learn more about the impact of this work.
