1-on-1 Farm Business Coaching

Practical Coaching for Texas Farmers Ready to Grow

We developed our coaching service to help producers grow revenue and work towards profitability.

Our structured, step-by-step approach is designed to serve farmers by teaching foundational business skills that you can build on. We facilitate highly focused work sessions, guide you through using customized financial and marketing management tools, and provide ongoing support when coaching ends.

This coaching is designed to be most impactful for Texas farm businesses earning up to $100,000 annually that have basic financial records in place and are ready to better understand and use them to inform decisions.

Eligibility

Texas farmer or rancher producing food for people
Intend to run a profitable farm business
At least $1,000 gross annual sales from local food in the last year
Actively tracking income and expenses
Comfortable working with spreadsheets
Willing to commit to regular virtual meetings, follow up tasks, and confidential data collection
