Ampis Baked Creations is a small-batch artisan micro-bakery based in Azle, Texas, specializing in naturally leavened sourdough breads and handcrafted baked goods. What started as flour, water, and curiosity has grown into a community-centered bakery focused on slow fermentation, quality ingredients, and from-scratch methods. Every loaf is long-fermented for depth of flavor and easier digestion, creating a signature golden crust, tender crumb, and balanced tang. From our classic Basic B sourdough to seasonal specialty loaves like rosemary garlic (made with house-roasted garlic), enriched challahs, and creative flavor twists, each bake is thoughtfully developed and tested in a real family kitchen.
