Our goal is to provide Southeast Texans an open-air market that offers a place to shop for fresh, regionally grown produce and artisanal food products. We strive to educate our customers about the seasonality and diversity of local crops and the benefits of sustainable farming methods. We assist new businesses that sell food and farm-related products and who make use of locally grown ingredients and help them gain entry into the local market. We foster a sense of community and stewardship among our vendors, customers and partners.

The BFM is where you can buy the most nourishing fresh-local food for your family while catching up with neighbors, making new friends, discovering new recipes, and tasting new flavors. And even more gratifying…it’s where you can shake the hand of the farmer who grew it. All items are sourced from 150 miles of Beaumont, TX.
