Fallen Oak Mycology is a 25,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility located just outside of Austin, TX. We specialize in growing organic, gourmet culinary mushrooms as well as pre-sterilized, lab grade growing supplies for home enthusiasts and small farms alike. Our mushrooms are USDA organic and all grown in an MGAP certified facility. We’re capable of growing up to 20,000 pounds of mushrooms per week, and supply some of the largest grocery store chains in the nation.

Regenerative Compost — Every week, Fallen Oak produces over 25,000 pounds of organic, nutrient-rich mushroom compost—a powerful catalyst for soil regeneration and ecological healing. We can deliver directly to your farm in a 10-yard trailer load. We also offer free pick-up of up to 50 spent blocks on designated days.
