Where to Find
Gentz Cattle Company Ranch is family owned and operated. They offer lean pasture-raised long-horn beef without growth hormones, no antibiotics, and do not force feed grain. The animals graze outside and are not confined in stalls. The beef is dry aged for 2 weeks and is vacuum packed and frozen.
You can purchase the beef at the ranch. Call ahead of time to be sure James or Carol are available: James 409-267-5201 & Carol 409-267-5232
You can also purchase beef on Saturdays from the middle of February through the middle of December at the Beaumont Farmer’s Market which is located on College Street at the Athletic Complex under the basketball pavilion.
