Girl Friday Bakes is a locally owned cottage bakery bringing nostalgic favorites back to the table, one small batch at a time. Inspired by the treats I grew up loving, I make everything locally from scratch, from Texas sized cinnamon rolls and buttery cookies to cakes and classic Southern desserts. I love keeping it local, baking with care, and making the kind of treats that give you an excuse to gather around the table.
