Harmony Hollow Apiary

Harmony Hollow specializes in placing and managing honeybee hives on rural properties to help landowners qualify for Texas Agricultural (Ag) Valuation, handling everything from hive maintenance to required state registration and documentation. The apiary also produces small batches of raw, lightly strained wildflower honey — never heated or filtered — bottled with all of its natural pollen and enzymes intact. And Rex's current product specialty is his various creamed honeys: Unflavored, Lemon, Blood Orange, and Cinnamon.

Beyond hive management, Rex and business partner Laura Winters (Birds and the Bees Apiary) teach hands-on "Introduction to Beekeeping" classes, speak at bee schools and community events throughout Texas, and advocate for pollinator-friendly land practices. Rex is a member of the Texas Master Beekeeper Program and past President of the Texas Association of Professional Bee Removers, and has contributed his expertise internationally, teaching sustainable beekeeping practices to rural farming communities in West Bengal & Darjeeling areas of, India.
