Indie Harvesters is a small-scale, family-run organic farm based in Hempstead, TX, dedicated to growing seasonal vegetables using sustainable practices that improve soil health and connect people with real food.

What began as a backyard garden during the pandemic has grown into a full farming endeavor focused on community, health, and education. Founders Christina and Paul left their city lives to build a homestead where they grow produce by harnessing sunlight, compost, and water (without shortcuts) and share their harvest at weekly farmers markets.

They’re passionate about supporting local businesses and restaurants that value organically grown, farm-fresh produce and inspiring others to understand where their food comes from.
