At Eco Health Institute, we work at the intersection of food systems, public health, environmental stewardship, and community education. Our mission is to advance community and environmental health by equipping educators, food producers, food system leaders, and changemakers with strategic resources, advocacy, and collaborative solutions that create lasting systems-level impact. We believe healthy communities and healthy ecosystems go hand in hand, and our work focuses on helping people build stronger local food networks through education, partnerships, and practical support.

Through events, consulting, and community-centered initiatives, we create opportunities for people to connect, share knowledge, and develop solutions that support regenerative food systems and long-term community wellbeing. Based in the Rio Grande Valley, we are especially passionate about helping local leaders, growers, and organizations create meaningful change that benefits both people and the land.
