At JT2 Taylor Cattle Co., we’re a family-owned and operated East Texas ranch committed to bringing quality beef straight from our pastures to your table. We raise our cattle on our ranch in Grand Saline, where they roam on pasture year-round without growth hormones, antibiotics, or steroids. Our all-natural beef is available in individual cuts, curated boxes, and bulk options for local pickup or delivery.

We also operate JT2 Pack, our USDA-inspected processing facility in Tyler, providing custom and wholesale beef processing, including custom cuts, vacuum packaging, labeling, and distribution packing. From raising and processing to packaging and delivery, our family is proud to be part of every step from pasture to plate.
