We are a farmstead Italian creamery, locate inside a fourth generation, Czech heritage dairy farm in Moulton Texas.
We make Italian cheese using milk from Jersey cows on a pasture. We make mozzarella, ricotta, Asiago and other cheeses typical of Italian tradition. We do farmers markets in Austin and Houston.
