At Lorberau Legacy Farms, we are a South Texas farming and ranching family with deep roots in agriculture and livestock. What began as a dream of cheesemaking in 2009 grew into a working Grade A goat dairy where we now raise registered Nubian, LaMancha, and Toggenburg dairy goats with a focus on strong genetics, milk production, and herd quality. Our farm combines family tradition with careful breeding practices to continue building a legacy of healthy, productive dairy animals for future generations.
We offer raw goat milk, fresh and aged goat cheeses, eggs, cajeta, and seasonal dairy products, and we also work with wholesale and restaurant customers. Our products are available directly from the farm and through select market outlets, with an emphasis on quality, freshness, and small-scale care in everything we produce.
