At Lucky Hollow Organics, we're passionate about growing fresh, USDA Certified Organic produce while helping preserve Texas agriculture for future generations. In August 2025, we also became the owners of Lone Star Lettuce Growers, continuing its legacy of year-round organic greenhouse production while expanding our vision to support and strengthen local farms across the state.
Our climate-controlled greenhouse produces premium organic leafy greens, herbs, and specialty crops using sustainable growing practices, and we're committed to providing our community with fresh, locally grown food throughout the year.
