Hi, I’m Margaret (Marge), and I’m a cookie lover who set out to perfect the chocolate chip cookie.

When I was in college, two of my friends’ families frequently invited us over for dinner and warm cookies. That’s where my love for chocolate chip cookies began, because there’s something about them that makes everyone feel at home.

After college, while working from home, I decided to tweak my own recipe as a mini science experiment. I used friends as taste testers across batches, each with one small change. When I kept hearing, “This is the best chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had,” I stopped tweaking and started selling the dough.
