McNabb Microfarm LLC

McNabb Microfarm is Corpus Christi's only solar-powered indoor vertical farm! We are a family-fun operation, growing a large varieties of microgreens and microherbs and selling to restaurants and chefs, local schools, private customers, and at Grow Local Farmers' Market.

We dehydrate our leftovers into Super Seasonings, which also feature local sea salt, or pickle them into a variety of different pickled microgreens. We also offer DIY Microgreen Grow Kits and Edible Flowers. This year we added The Micro Kitchen, featuring vegan baked goods, vegan "Super Ranch" and Micro Salads.
