Old Bones Chilli Co is a family owned and operated maker of gourmet chili sauces, and condiments based in Texas. We handcraft our hot sauces in our Houston production kitchen using only the finest local produce and premium ingredients.

Founded by Chili Wizard Chef Josh Ngaire and his team, we offer a wide range of hot sauces and condiments, from mild to wild. We emphasize unique characteristics and flavor over heat, delivering a fine dining experience in every drop.

Our FDA registered products include BBQ sauces, jams, salts, seasonings, spiced oil and limited release items, all crafted with unique blends of smoked peppers, garlic, onion, and spices. All products are vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and designed to be enjoyed by anyone who loves bold flavors.
