Oliver Pecan Company

The Oliver family has been harvesting pecans for six generations and making pecan candies for three, right here in the Pecan Capital of the World, San Saba, Texas.

We create farm-to-table pecan snacks—including pies, brittles, and candied pecans—using old family recipes and fresh Texas pecans picked straight from the orchard. We strive for zero waste in all aspects of production.
