Perissos Vineyards

We produce world-class, award winning wine with fruit that is exclusively grown in the state of Texas. We are an 18 acre estate vineyard located 1 hour northwest of Austin.

Perissos originates from a Greek word that means, exceeding abundantly, beyond what is expected, imagined, or hoped for. This is how we carry ourselves through grape growing, winemaking, and hospitality. It is our mission to elevate the Texas wine industry by introducing the world to what we have to offer.
