Raised Wild Texas

Raised Wild Texas is a private closed-herd ranch located in Italy, Texas. Through regenerative ranching practices, our cattle are 100% grass fed and grass finished, eating a variety of native grass species and forage that is found directly on our ranch. Our beef is free of all vaccines, hormones, and antibiotics, providing the cleanest, nutrient dense beef for our customers.

We have developed a close relationship with a USDA processing facility in Malone, Texas where we process our cattle. We are able to watch each animal through the process, ensuring the quality of our products is maintained from start to finish. After 28 days of dry aging, the beef is cut, vacuum sealed and frozen for ease of storage and consumption. From individual cuts to quarters, halves and wholes, Raised Wild Texas can meet you and your friends and family’s needs when it comes to high-quality beef.
