South Texas Mushrooms was established in Pharr, TX in 2020. They began growing reishi mushrooms as a way to treat their fathers autoimmune disorder and improve his overall health - and it began to work! Since then the business has scaled to include a wide range of gourmet and mushroom based products for the purpose of re-engineering good health and well being through mycology while making it accessible and affordable for the local community.
