Starboard Side Café is a family‑run brunch concept serving fresh, homestyle, scratch‑kitchen dishes from our food trailer on Galveston’s West End. We’re passionate about good food, warm service, and building real connections with the people around us.

We source as many of our ingredients as possible from local partners on or near the island — and make the rest in‑house — to keep our menu fresh, honest, and true to the community we serve. As a small business, we’re growing one step at a time — expanding our menu, supporting local events, and working to become a reliable, community‑minded brunch spot that Galveston can be proud of.
