Weise Farms

Weise Farms is a family-run farm in Central Texas operated by Becky and Tim Weise, fifth-generation stewards of the land who are passionate about raising wholesome, locally produced food. The farm specializes in Prime-Finished Japanese Wagyu beef known for their rich marbling and flavor.

In addition to premium Wagyu beef, Weise Farms also produces homemade goods such as noodles and pasta made from farm eggs.
