Alan is an experienced HR/IT professional with a demonstrated history of working in the public and private sectors. His expertise and real world experiences span across several broad areas of HR/IT disciplines, including but not limited to: classification/compensation, recruitment, workforce development, strategic planning, diversity and inclusion, payroll (time & attendance), and IT Project Management. Additionally, Alan is an experienced educator/professor, where he taught a Personnel Administration course at North Carolina Central University’s Executive Masters of Public Administration program. Alan is also a certified Project Management Professional and a Scrum Master.
