Katie Lavallee

Katie is the Agricultural and Food Scientist at the Texas Center for Local Food. Her MS in the Agricultural, Environmental, and Sustainability Sciences program from UTRGV, leadership position in an environmental organization, and experience in child education has prepared me to facilitate the Texas Food Education and Discovery network project.

Driven by impact, my role with TXFED.org feeds my passion for connecting and collaborating with community, especially in regards to regenerative food systems.
